- customs office where a transit operation ends and goods are presented for discharge and release from the transit procedure

- Applies in Union/common transit and TIR. Distinct from office of departure (where transit starts) and office of guarantee (where the financial guarantee is lodged). In declarations, identify with the official customs office code (from the EU/UNECE office code list).
