Definition
- quantity subtracted from the tariff quantity in order to determine the customs duty/tax/fee assessment basis
Anmärkning
- Use in contexts such as tariff-rate quotas, exemptions, or deductions mandated by a customs measure. The deduction must use the same unit of measure as the tariff quantity. Constrain 0 ≤ deduction ≤ tariff quantity at validation.
