- a party role identifying the person or organisation to which goods are, or have been, physically delivered at the agreed place of delivery, where this party is not necessarily identical with the consignee

- Used in the delivery execution context (e.g. delivery note or proof of delivery), including cases where goods or containers are delivered or positioned at a specific site, terminal, or warehouse.
