Definition

an indication that the work or self-employment activity covered by an attestation is not performed at a single identifiable and stable workplace

Note

The concept applies to the activity, assignment and period covered by the relevant attestation, rather than to the person’s employment or working arrangements in general. It may apply to mobile or itinerant work, work performed along a route, or work carried out at multiple or changing locations. It does not imply that the country of work is unknown or that no information about the anticipated locations can be provided. In EBWV, it is intended to be represented as a Boolean value.
