Tietolupapäätös on hallintopäätös, johon voi hakea muutosta. Päätöksessä eritellään käyttötarkoitus ja tietojen luovutuksen peruste. Lisäksi päätöksessä luetellaan tietojen hakuperusteet ja rekisteristä luovutettavat tiedot.
Beslutet om dataanvändningstillstånd är ett förvaltningsbeslut som får överklagas. I beslutet specificeras användningsändamålet och grunden för att uppgifterna lämnas ut. Dessutom nämns uppgifternas sökgrund och de uppgifter som lämnas ur registret.
The data permission decision is an administrative decision and it can be appealed. The decision specifies the purpose of use and the basis for the disclosure of the information. In addition, the decision states the reasons for requesting information and specifies the information disclosed from the register.
