Positiiviseen luottotietorekisteriin ilmoitetaan kuluttajaluottoon rinnastettava leasingsopimus, jonka mukaan tavaran käteishinta ja luottokustannukset tulevat suoritetuiksi vuokrauskauden aikana tai jonka mukaan kuluttaja voi muutoin tulla tavaran omistajaksi sopimuksen päättyessä.
Till det positiva kreditupplysningsregistret anmäls sådana leasingavtal som jämställs med konsumentkrediter och enligt vilka varans kontantpris och kreditkostnaderna enligt avtalsvillkoren ska betalas under hyresperioden eller enligt vilka konsumenten på annat sätt kan bli ägare till varan när avtalet går ut.
Providers of items to be leased must submit reports to the Positive credit register on a leasing contract, comparable to consumer credit, which involves full repayment of the item’s price and coverage of credit costs during the lease period, or which otherwise involves complete transfer of the item’s ownership to the consumer at the end of the contract period.
