- Tyypillinen kokonaisarkkitehtuurimenetelmä sisältää kolmenlaisia palveluja:
1) Liiketoimintapalvelut: Organisaation substanssitoiminnan keskeisimmät ylätason palvelut.
2) Sovelluspalvelut: Varsinaista substanssitoimintaa tukevat järjestelmillä toteutettavat sovelluspalvelut, esimerkiksi taloushallinnon järjestelmäpalvelut, käyttäjähallintapalvelut, ja integraatiopalvelut.
3) Teknologiapalvelut: Laiteteknologian ja muun tekniikan tarvitsemat palvelut, kuten esimerkiksi laitetilapalvelut, laitteiden kapasiteettipalvelut, tietoliikennepalvelut, nimipalvelut. - En typisk helhetsarkitekturmetod omfattar tre typer av tjänster:
1) Affärstjänster: organisationens centrala övergripande tjänster som rör kärnverksamheten.
2) Applikationstjänster: tjänster som genomförs med hjälp av informationssystem för att stödja kärnverksamheten, såsom tjänster för ekonomiförvaltningssystem, användarhanteringstjänster och integrationstjänster.
3) Teknologitjänster: tjänster som behövs för utrustningsteknik och annan teknisk infrastruktur, såsom utrustningslokaltjänster, kapacitetstjänster för utrustning, datakommunikationstjänster och namnservrar.
Med kund avses organisationens externa och interna kunder. - A typical enterprise architecture method includes three types of services:
1)Business services: the organization’s key high‑level services related to its core operations.
2) Application services: services implemented by information systems to support core operations, such as financial administration system services, user management services, and integration services.
3) Technology services: services required by hardware and other technical infrastructure, such as equipment facility services, hardware capacity services, telecommunications services, and name services.
The term customer refers to the organization’s external and internal customers.
