  • En helhetsarkitekturmetod omfattar typiskt tre typer av tjänster:

    Affärstjänster: organisationens centrala övergripande tjänster som rör kärnverksamheten.
    Applikationstjänster: tjänster som genomförs med hjälp av system för att stödja kärnverksamheten, såsom tjänster för ekonomiförvaltningssystem, användarhanteringstjänster och integrationstjänster.
    Teknologitjänster: tjänster som behövs för utrustningsteknik och annan teknisk infrastruktur, såsom utrustningslokaltjänster, kapacitetstjänster för utrustning, datakommunikationstjänster, teletjänster och namnservrar.
    Med ”kund” avses både organisationens externa och interna kunder.
  • An enterprise architecture method typically includes three types of services:

    Business services: the organization’s key high‑level services related to its core business operations.
    Application services: services implemented through information systems that support core business operations, such as financial administration system services, user management services, and integration services.
    Technology services: services required by hardware and other technical infrastructure, such as facility services for equipment, hardware capacity services, network communication services, telecommunication services, and name services. The term “customer” refers to both the organization’s external and internal customers.
